Heritage Fund

The Heritage Fund Endowment secures a financial base by promoting, strengthening, and sustaining the future work of Kentucky WMU. Each year Kentucky WMU receives a percentage from this endowment and it goes to support Missions Discipleship Opportunities offered through Kentucky WMU.

Anna Mary Byrdwell Mission Trip Fund

This fund provides scholarships for Kentucky Baptist women to go on mission trip and grow their passion for missions.

- We are currently collecting funds to reach our $3000 goal. After this goal is reached we can then begin to award scholarships. We are hoping to reach this goal by 2025. 

Anna Mary Byrdwell is known as the "keeper of all WMU knowledge." She has held many responsibilities and titles with Kentucky WMU from 1967 to 2004. From Sunbeams, Girls in Action, Acteens, to Baptist Young Women, we can not deny that she is "WMU" through and through. Along her journey in WMU work, she invested in women from all across Kentucky. She trained, inspired, encouraged, mentored, and challenged women to use their gifts to advance the gospel.

We named this Mission Trip Fund to honor Anna Mary's legacy and pray it can help women get involved in missions for year's to come. 

Kentucky Touch Tomorrow Today

Kentucky Touch Tomorrow Today (TTT)  is an endowment that supports individual state WMU's and national WMU through the Vision Fund, and the WMU Foundation. When you give you are taking care of the WMU family. 50% goes unrestricted to that state or regional WMU, 40% goes to the Vision Fund supporting national WMU, and 10% goes unrestricted to the WMU Foundation.

Each year Kentucky WMU receives a percentage from this endowment and it goes to support Missions Discipleship Opportunities offered through Kentucky WMU.

College Scholarships

Kentucky WMU encourages the ongoing effort of equipping students to live out their missions call. Whether they serve in a stateside ministry or across the world as career missionaries, your gifts ensure they are trained for service. Using distributions from several endowment funds held by the Kentucky Baptist Foundation, Kentucky WMU awards SIX scholarships based on the stipulations of each endowment.

Scholarships generally range from $500 to $1,000, with amounts varying from year to year according to earnings on investments.

Online Giving

Online giving allows for a specific dollar amount to be deducted automatically from a checking or savings account. 

You can set up online giving either as a one-time donation or a recurring gift.
