Students must have completed seventh grade prior to the project year, or be older, to participate. College/career young people and other adults are welcome to participate as members of a crew or volunteer leaders. We also sponsor annual Adult Kentucky Changers projects such as this fall's event in Pellville.

Accommodations
Kentucky Changers are housed at local schools or large churches in the project area that are equipped with showers and kitchens. Participants should bring towels, cots, air mattresses, pillows and/or bedrolls. Breakfast and evening meals are prepared by a Kentucky Baptist Disaster Relief unit and served at the school/church. Lunch is provided by local churches and served at the work site. Participants may bring snacks and drinks to the school/church, but these must be consumed in the cafeteria. No food or drinks allowed in sleeping areas.
