Looking for a way to strengthen your missions leadership skills?
This five-day online webinar will challenge participants re-think the function of WMU in the church, encourage desired characteristics of WMU leadership, and reset the foundation for missions engagement. We will explore the concepts of leadership styles, missions discipleship techniques, mentoring relationships, accountability, and how they intersect with mobilizing the church for missions. Any missions leader is welcome to participate. Whether serve in a state, associational, local-church, or age-level role, this leadership development course is for you. If you are just getting starting in leading missions through WMU in your church, this course helps sets the foundation of your ministry approach. For your personal organization, the session guides are designed to be printed and inserted into a 1-inch binder for your keeping. Please use these session guides as you follow along. An additional notes page is included if you need extra space. The worksheets will include assessments, leadership style quiz, conversation guides, Church Alignment sheet, and Leader Check-up. These worksheets are designed for your use and can be copied for future use. |
