PLUG-IN MISSIONS ED: PTSD
Through WMU's Project Help initiative, believers focus prayer, education and action to address an important societal issue. Through 2018, the Project Help focus issue is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. It's a tough subject, and one that must be handled with honesty and sensitivity. This lesson, written by Melissa Logsdon-Young, a Kentucky WMU board member from Louisville, helps teachers and group leaders approach the subject with boys and girls in such a way as to encourage compassionate action.
